About the Press

The Quality Assurance (QA) process for learning resources in the Open Journal System (OJS) ensures that all teacher-made materials meet high standards of accuracy, relevance, and instructional value. The process begins with teachers submitting their materials to the OJS, followed by an initial review by the QA team for completeness and adherence to submission guidelines. The materials then undergo a double-blind peer review by experienced educators and subject matter experts, who provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. Authors revise their materials based on this feedback and resubmit them for final review. Once all revisions are satisfactorily addressed, the materials are approved for publication on the OJS platform.

After publication, the QA process includes ongoing evaluation based on user feedback and emerging educational trends, ensuring continuous improvement of the learning materials. This systematic approach, facilitated by the OJS, maintains high standards of educational quality and efficacy, supporting teachers in providing exceptional learning experiences for their students. The OJS serves as the official platform for all teacher-made learning materials, fostering widespread use and collaboration among educators.
